Hey there. Thanks so much for stopping by. My name is Vanessa, and here’s a tidbit about me:

• I believe with all my heart and soul that God is love like 1 John 4 describes. I believe “God is love” explains everything.

• My husband and I have been married since 2006. I also believe love is a daily choice.

• The number of children we have been blessed with is kinda complicated. Miscarriage, biological, adoption, child loss…. it’s not a simple answer because children are so much more than a number or a term. Two resting in Jesus. And three very much alive in the hope of Jesus. Each is fearfully and wonderfully made. Each dearly loved. Each a gift.

• We are fortunate to have cattle, many chickens, not enough guinea fowl, the best barn cats, zero mice, two dogs, and one pony named Pickles.

• I’m a Registered Nurse by trade and love learning about natural healing alternatives.

• Lastly, I am old enough to remember life before cell phones were commonplace. I relish when we are in places with no cell phone service or wifi. It's even better if that’s in the mountains.  I admit I’m not the best at getting back to folks promptly. With that said, I would love to hear from you. Truly, I would.
